Joe Hartman. I was born March 22, 1952 in the great state of Texas. I met my wife Robin in our home town of San Antonio. It was then our adventure started. We have three fine children, one son and two daughters, whom I'm proud to call my friends. They all are reflections of their mother, who is the finest person I have ever met. We currently have four grand-dogs, and four grand-cats. I look forward to having grandkids. My writing started with a song for one girlfriend-that won me her best friend. I am a carpenter, and as my hands got too bad to play the guitar very well, I took to writing songs without music. If my poetry has improved, I owe it all to those who gave me some tough but constructive reviews.

Hi! Friends my name is Mike Schuh!
I love life and poetry which I find is very big part of my life! As a child I never had a great education, so the spoken word as always been far easier for me than the written one, but I am learning and discovering new things everyday! Poems just seem to pop in my head which makes me happy as it really does help me to keep focused and my mind away from the pain that troubles me constantly! ... I love God and I care about other's and I hope my poetry reflects this

Roger L. Scott his imagination to create an escape from the hardships he faced in life. His favorite programs were of the famous cowboys of the time such as Roy Rogers, Gene autry, and the Lone Ranger. These stories of the Wild West influenced him to this day as evidenced in his book. He writes as a tribute to those hardy men who rode the West with just their horse and guns, carving out a civilization and establishing laws where none had existed before.
His poems open up the world of cowboys, gunslingers, and lawmen…all to show how the West was won through the
blood and sweat of those early pioneers..

One day I wrote a poem, knowing nothing of poetry except snatches of poems I heard all my life. And many of the poems I read were too hard to understand. I grew up appreciating all of the arts, but I came to enjoy writing poetry more than I had ever imagined, and not obscure poetry either, but easily understood work. In this book I have tried to gather poems to which anyone can relate. I write from the viewpoint of people with all different emotions and obvious fantasy. I leave it to the reader to discern, apart from the obvious fantasy, works which are fiction and which are based in reality. Prepare yourself to be entertained and if you are emotionally moved, then I have

Texas, USA
I have two books that Pat Simpson has helped me with the first being Standing Tall When Feeling Small this book is for charity for Alzheimer patients I wrote this book on behalf of my mother and she is still alive yet she no longer knows who I am. The second book was in collaboration with Pat Simpson based on my dog Hazel it is Hazel the Hound and The Frogs. This is a great children’s book I have given this book to many children and they just loved Hazel and the frogs adventures. I have not been writing for the last few months I am going to school online and very involved in helping my sister take care of her very ill child so it has left me no time to write poetry. I will be back when my schedule allows it. Much love goes out to all of my poet friends and may you continue writing about your passions.
God Bless
Terri Wright
